This is an absurd claim for so many reasons. First, there is not the slightest evidence it is true. Secondly, even if it were true, it doesn't matter. The planet won't explode. There is no material amount of warming. And it is important to remember there are many factors that enter in to determining the effect temperature has -- location, time of day, where measurements are taken, how measurements are taken, I don't know perhaps 50 or more factors.

The effect of CO2 is minimal; the effect of methane is far greater. Technology is evolving and I'm sure people will continue to believe they need to reduce CO2 whether true or not.

Don't be so excitable. The planet isn't going anywhere.

I would argue plastics which don't degrade should be a greater concern.
