Somehow? That is laughable. Global warming alarmists need to scare the public into action.

Not that any of this matters. Hansen's past the point of no return statement is quite clear. There is no landing spot.

When you study the warming since the apex of the prior glacial maximum, everything is an open loop...with minimal negative feedback. Human production of CO2 has greatly overwhelmed any negative feedback. I think the word you prefer is "Forcing".

The factors involved with climate change have created a runaway, open loop system. Your own estimates of reducing CO2 emissions to 1ppm by 2050 are irrelevant under such conditions and will amount to nothing more than a footnote of history that no one will ever read.

Mother Nature is firmly in control.
