Since when does rat require evidence for any of his political (warming temps & gop hatred) positions ? Short answer is never.
Here in Northern California, we're still experiencing torrential rainfalls, despite the state claiming that "climate change" created a multi-year drought.

Wharfie, of course, claims he's "too smart" to ignore science, but when contrary evidence is falling right on his face (and even causing floods not too far from where he lives), he'll dodge and weave and come up with snarky answers to avoid the truth.
