Thanks for your and the appreciation from all the others who came back to me. Actually, I cannot understand the SUNW policy myself. I mean we own stock, but they are not held in our own name, so other we are not better than any other shareholder. I fully understand the point you and one of the earlier readers make.

As for the act of promise itself, the lady told me not to disclose it and I said like OK, no problem. After all I wanted to get the no.

I would welcome in any case that SUNW posts a transcript of at least the management's prepared remarks on their website.

One other investment pal of mine suggested to me that SUNW became maybe overly thinskinned with regard to distributing information due to the fact that they went through 2 lawsuits from shareholders because alledgedly false information.

But after all is said and done, SUNW as one of the premier corp. of America and a world tech leader should be able to get their side of the story out to the public in a more accessible way than at present, no doubt about that. I sincerely hope that next Q they improve.

Sorry can't resist, but I'm really not sure if I would want to rely on any of the analysts I heard in the replay. At best, the one with the finance question made some sense and the other asking for Japan impact, and the one asking for sales breakdown along product lines. However SUNW wouldn't share info on that.
