Spectrian is the only other major manufacturer of power RF devices worldwide, next to Motorola. It's difficult to notice this, as 100% of their fab output is used internally. Last year they sampled parts to Ericcson w/favorable results and are selling a small amount to them. They have publically announced that they do not intend to outsource their devices until they can keep up w/their own internal demand. Pwav buys all of their parts from Motorola. ,RFJock
