There isn't any blood in the street now.

All the bleeding led to a really good V bottom in late December.

All the hallmarks of a terrific bottom occurred then. Loads of fear as represented by a high Vix reading, more bears than bulls in the Investor's Intelligence Poll and a really rare 90% upside day.



There is some indecision going on now as to whether the rally needs to consolidate, or even sell off a bit, for a while before continuing higher. The market is in pretty good shape in my humble opinion. Trading around positions bought at lower prices to book some gains and then buying a bit lower than the selling price to lower overall cost basis is what I am doing.

I am not seeing any red flags right now. But there is definitely no red blood in the street.
