Mike: New company and not much info.

The company has only about 2.8 million shares and has authority to issue another 800 thousand shares without getting shareholder approval. From their initial release it seems like they created the company to put the property that they have in northern Quebec. My broker called the company and they said they have two holes out for assaying.
