PLEASE READ

Here are the CC questions that were submitted. If I missed any I'm sorry. If anyone has any others please get them to me ASAP. They will need to in Tuesday, by 11:00AM.

<<<<1)Is it reasonable to expect that the company is developing
non-magnetic storage solutions?

2)I heard that the screws on the ZipT disk have recently been replaced with rivits: Was
this done to reduce the cost, or is there another reason?

3) At the present time we see Nomai is trying to MFG and
sell ZIP disk, and it seems they may find a way to market at least some disk. Will IOM
be able to improve on the disk authentication, either via hardware or software? Also, I
believe clik! sales could eventually dwarf ZIP and copycats will be waiting to steal
market share if IOM does not have adequate copyright protection. Assuming micro
drives built into digital cameras, etc, will IOM be able to incorporate authentication
means into these drives?

4)Mr. Edwards, how will Iomega respond to Castlewood's Orb and SyQuest SparQ
and Quest? Will Iomega continue to rely on big budget marketing instead of developing
products that are bigger, faster, and less expensive than the competition?

5) When will second source drives be available?

6) Will Zip2 read Clik! disks?

7) Will Iomega support USB bus in '98?

8) Will Iomega and the licensees be able to support over 2 million drives per month by
mid 98?

9) How much will Zip2 exceed the Sony proposed 200 MB drive by?

10) When Zip2 is available will the 100 MB disks approach $6 per disk retail?

11)Will HP directly integrate Clik! support into printers by mid 98 or by the end of 98?

12)Based on the various channel checks inventory is building
up quiet rapidly, especially the PP Zips. As a result, we should see a couple of pennies
set aside for the inventory buildup. Especially when you consider that IOM does not
count what it sells. The post also addressed lack of SCSI internals.

13) Sparq holds as much as Jaz-1, the drive is 1/2 Jaz-1 external's price, and the media
costs less than 1/2 Jaz-1's. Does IOM consider SparQ a threat to Jaz? If not now,
what milestone would SparQ have to reach before it is a threat?

14) SparQ parallel port drives are reportedly getting 800-1200 KBps versus Zip's
150-175 Bps. Even LS120 is reportedly getting 300 KBps. Are there any plans to
speed up the PP Zip? Or the ATAPI Zip, which tops out at around 800 KBps? If so,
will the improved speed be available to current owners?

15)Iit is apparent ZipPlus in SCSI-mode gets about a 50%
performance improvement over Zip SCSI. Why does the fine print on the ZipPlus box
say that they are identical?

Your comments regarding these issues would be appreciated.

16)When will cameras that have The CLIK system be on the market?
Include answers that describe industry embrace and compatibilities.

17)Are there any plans to introduce a lower
capacity Zip disk that smaller s/w distributors won't find cost-prohibitive?

18)What is IOMEGA doing to add either the Zip or Clik! storage solutions
to the hot selling sub- $1000 PCs? This seems to be a natural application for them!

19)What ever happened to the "Zip on a Chip" project with the multiple mfg.
partners that was announced over a year ago? Are we going to see something come of
this pretty soon?

20)At what percent of manufacturing capacity
is Iomega operating?

21)Is Power consumption a fatal flaw of the Clik!?

22) Other then typical quarterly financial results ( which should be great ), please cover
the projections for the upcoming years internal business plan to the extent that is
possible.

24) Advertising plan for the year. As you are aware, the new sub 1000 trend ( as well
as the large existing base ) is a tremendous market for upgrading with internal or
external units. For example, What is the advertising and or marketing plan to take
advantage of this huge upgrade opportunity ?

25) Please review the progress made to date for the Click. Both in meeting the
availability schedule and in OEM support. Have any OEMs been signed yet for
inclusion of Click in their 98 products ?

26) Update on the Noami situation and exactly what is being done to fix the apparent
patient loop holes. Please help everyone understand the full potential impact , if
awarded by the courts . If they should win what is their production capacity ? Its my
understanding that the company that manufactures the disk production equipment has
been prohibited from selling to anyone other then Iomega. Please verify such. If Noami
did buy some of their manufacturing products , what is the life span of such equipment
and can they get replacement parts from the original manufacturer ?

27) Review the status on the laptop zip, status on smaller version ( 12 mm), 98
advertising campaign and has it met sales expectations ?

28) Your Jaz 1 and Jaz 2 pricing goals.

29) Any new products on the horizon ? Please discuss if possible.
