Carol Bartz has a reputation for bringing order to chaos at AutoDesk. to some she is more of a diciplinarian than many laid back folks would want to deal with. wow, imagine the cultural change in MtView. i've heard she has very strong capabilities for understanding complex technical things. i am also impressed by her understanding that Kinetix is a different beast than AutoDesk's core products, and spinning it out. vincent
