I live in California. When you add State taxes even after giving effect to the deduction you are getting pretty darn close. In addition it is the tax defferal that is almost as valuable as the differential in rate. Most people are not good at it. Obviously it is too early to tell on LGND. In my experience development stage biotechs tend to move quickly either up or down based upon news. You have to bee awfully nimble to catch the upwing or aviod the falling knife. V1
