I hope you don't mind, but I sent your post link to Diamond.. and posted it on an FB group I'm a member of that focuses on Earth Changes (basically electric universe adherents).. IMO, I think you're REALLY on to something here.. Very much so.. and it would make absolute sense for him to alter his real name in such a manner.. Would help if we knew Channell's DOB, but there is practically nothing that comes up on Google other than his current university job.. Says he got his BSc in 1971.. PhD in 1975..
