CTL has crashed this week after delaying their 10k. I have been buying with an average under 12 due to the tremendous FCF that will increase with the dividend cut. This afternoon Form 4s were posted for large insider buys by the CEO and CFO. archive.fast-edgar.com archive.fast-edgar.com The buys should put in a floor on the stock, IMHO. After hours the price has risen , but currently offering an 8 plus percent dividend.
