Aaaaand, again with the flooding. It's been a year since high precip has become focused across the region from Alabama, the Tennessee Valley, Kentucky, across into North and South Carolina and into Virginia.
Just a sample of the news:
It's official! 2018 is wettest year on record for Raleigh
abc11.com
"TVA: 2018 wettest on record in 129 years for Tennessee River Valley"
fox17.com
"Louisville got drenched this year: 2018 was the wettest in history"
courier-journal.com
It’s official: 2018 is DC’s wettest year on record wtop.com

If this keeps up, people in the "zone" will have some thinking to do.
