Apparently ECB central banks announced no change in interest rate policy today which means ECB rates are scheduled to stay the same. Rates have been rising over here....dollar more attractive today as result re the Euro which is the primary component..

Anyway...that's what I read earlier today.

Or maybe its cuz you been buyin dollars??!! Cut that out!
