You're letting your poor command of history distort what you're posting as facts.....look behind those dates and recognize what was going on...... even to this day the South will support the most racist parties, and their candidates......Forget the political names and learn what they really stood for at the time. The KKK was not founded by a party......the Reb Vets were such low lifes they couldn't spell party.... Show your evidence that the Dems founded the KKK.
