Darlene,
Thank you very much for taking the time to respond in what I take to be a very thoughtful, positive, and intelligent manner to my post on BCMD. Yes, my intent is to stimulate discussion and/or otherwise obtain information on this company. I could have requested an investor information package, but I was hoping to get the most current and up-to-date thinking on this situation. If you feel it to be worthwhile, I will certainly avail myself of that source of information also.
Based on what I have seen so far, I very much look forward to reading what you have to say regarding the rest of my questions. And, again, I do appreciate you taking the time to respond and your willingness to share your DD work.
On a minor note, I did read the Strandburg report again, and it does not seem to break down the amounts of lode gold in each mine, such as you have indicated. Perhaps this information is in another document. I have, for simplicity, ignored the placer figures and concentrated only on the lode gold.
I also am following the "action" on the #bcmd2 thread, using another name. I was disappointed to see the recent problems on IRC. It is too bad that all interested parties can't co-exist on one channel in a friendly and co-operative way. But, enough of that.
If there are web sites that contain BCMD information, I would appreciate a URL, if you feel like sharing it. I am aware of at least 3 or 4 sites, including the ones by AIKO_x2, RedBaron, and Networkthy.
My feeling is that a coherent business plan can be developed which clearly spells out how these properties can be developed into the "world-class" property that it seems to represent. I would hope that Sterling would have requested such an instrument before any contracts were signed. I also hope that such a plan can soon be shared with the investment community soon, along with concrete evidence from the mine.
Finally, I understand that the McDonald Project is being funded and run as a production operation, and that BCMD is not that far along. But, hopefully they will soon be able to establish their own web site and populate it with equally informative data.
Best wishes to all investors for a very rewarding 1998.
Regards, Dr. Bob |
