57% Downside Volume on the NYSI - 53% Downside Volume on the NASDAQ - First time in a while that there are more new lows than new highs on both the NYSI and NASDAQ. Considering that earning season does not begin again in earnest for over a month from now I'm thinking that having some cash available to buy should the market continue lower is a good idea. Also neither the VIX nor the Investors Intelligence Poll is showing enough fear right now. I still think we got an excellent bottom in late December but a retest is not out of the question. RtS
