Emphasis from Putin was on Domestic issues and improving Russian INFRASTRUCTURE, not about International matters. But, of course, that's not how the West's Left Wing MSM portrayed it.
Russia has also been determined to REDUCE DEBT, so that now Russia's debt is very low, AND so is its INFLATION also very low ....
