Until Russia or some other entity replaces the incompetent Maduro appointed political managers with qualified engineers Venezuela is lost.

Even with that, it will cost Russia billions to rebuild the Venezuelan economy.

Maduro and his top cronies have sent their stolen money abroad, along with their families, mostly to China.
