To anyone who uses Interquote & TC2000 data

I have written a basic program which uses the export funtion of interquote to paste export data (open, high, low, close, and volume)
to the current day's date in a TC2000 .ndx file.

this new/updated data is immediately available for analysis in TC2000 or any package which uses TC2000 data as input (eg supercharts)

the program creates a backup .ndx file the first time data for the current day is added to the file, and subsequent updates just udate fields in the .ndx file.

There is a utility program to restore the old .ndx files before running the TC2000 nightly update. If you fail to run the utility, TC2000 will not update the effected symbols, but you can do the same thing yourself by running a final snapshot and update.

the program maintains backup files by date (day and month) so there is litle chance that update data can get confused on restores

Unfortunately I do not have a basic complier so this program requires quickbasic interpreter and is designed to run on windows 3.11. I have no idea if it would work under windows 95.

be glad to send it to anyone free on an "as is" basis if anyone is interested.
