Hi rnsmith and E_K_S,

I think the intangible value of the existing easements that big pipelines have is grossly under valued.

When new pipelines get protested, the old pipelines can add capacity easily with out cost beyond the capex cost.

Legal delays from protesters, of any type cause delays and increased costs, those existing pipeline easements look more lucrative.

Just an undervalued asset that gets overlooked in a very solid and reliable business.

Even more so if they are already a C corp.
