My standing is abortion should never be allowed, however if we have to draw a line then it is where the earliest pre-mature birth has been made then abortion is legal up to that point. Every time we deliver a pre-mature birth earlier it moves the goal post back. The founding fathers thought this way about abortion: “For if a woman is quick with child, and by a potion, or otherwise kills it in her womb; or if any one beat her, whereby the child dies in her body, and she is delivered of a dead child; this, though not murder, was by the ancient law homicide or manslaughter. But at present it is not looked upon in quite so atrocious a light, though it remains a very heinous misdemeanor.” These children are citizens. There is nothing in The Constitution that says you have to pass through the birth canal before you are protected by the BOR. G-n-G
