Yes, that I agree 1000%! It is like a spolied kid who always gets himself into trouble
without any fear knowing his daddy and momy will always get him out. I too think IMF
should have stayed out.

This is the entire point. This not a cure. A lesson needs to be taught. It is too bad a part of it may come at "our" expense.
