Speaking of posting pictures of food, this day, just moments ago, I did a pizza, not of the Brazilian disaster sort, but one secured in Stanley neighbourhood pizza shop.
I ordered bespoke, w/ pepperoni, mushrooms, truffle sprinkle, 2x Italian sausages, on thin crust, to celebrate anticipated reactivation of Marco Polo protocol in Italy ala participation in Silk Road rejuvenation, and I brought own oil to enhance the flavouring.
The pizza went particularly well w/ the seaside ambiance of Stanley Hong Kong.
Free trade is fabulous. T-shirts for truffle oil, a bargain.
You had pondered why folks would post photos of food. Short answer is food is cultural pleasure, ought to be celebrated, three times per day, and recorded.
