Free is not free. That's a Socialist talking. If college is free to the students, then it is paid for by the tax payer. If the costs of providing that service go up, because Government ALWAYS runs things far less efficiently than for-profit enterprises, then guess who has to pay for the increases in those costs? The tax payer. Free is NEVER free. Someone always picks up the tab. In this case, it will be you and me.
