Coming from the IBM DD division I've seen the same thing there. People would sell their IBM experience at a good price. As a result,the rest of the DD industry is littered with ex-IBMers. This is probably true for most industry-leading companies. They are a training ground and some of their best and most daring employees leave for instant promotions and salary increases. The age of company loyalty is over. GM
