Well there's this:

Pilots complained about the 737 Max in a federal database

and you can bet there are going to be lawsuits, a plenty, not just from people -- but from the countries that bought them.

For example Boeing made 387 Boeing 737 MAX 8s
China bought 96 of them and has grounded all of them

We'll see... I'm not sure I want to buy it at my order price... I think I'll just watch from the sidelines.
