This is, simply put, a lie. The documents in the link I provided clearly showed that Loretta Lynch ruled it out. Not based on the law. But based on a tarmac meeting with the target's husband.

It is fucking Democrat partisan politics as usual. Damn right they never get charged. Except maybe Weiner for dicky-waving.
