I thought that it was likely a matter of sloppiness as well. That said, no Amended Form D has been filed to make a correction. I expect that you would agree that while it's not a very surprising mistake given the lack of attention to detail exhibited by the signer (AD) in the past (witness your own exchange with him regarding "net sales" at the annual meeting), it IS a significant mistake and one that would be hard to make unconsciously and unconscionable to put one's signature on for a CEO. It can't have been a copy and paste error....the last Form D filed by the Company (in 2013) listed Seymour and DIDN'T list Boniuk.

This is as inexplicable as the Dr. T election failure wherein, based on the vote totals, Boniuk clearly voted WITH Diwan.

I can't disagree with your common sense reasoning:
the apparent acrimony of the split
but other than common sense there's absolutely no support for it.

I had hoped that you or someone else with Dr B's contact information might be interested enough to clear BOTH of these things up. But admittedly I'm just suffering from morbid curiosity and have no other reason to be interested.
