I wonder how of the $5Tril how many corps were actually buying back shares, IOW the whole $5t wasn't evenly spread amongst the whole markit. This is meaningless in the context of buybacks As objective observers we must not stray from the underlying fact that there are differences between traders and investors Anyone whose ever traded for a living knows full stop the VIX is used to guide the futures when in reality it should be reversed. How come volatility only happens in down markits? I've had this arguement with Real Man years ago The markit of today isn't based on any fundamental its based on QE. oh and tRUmp comments/twiits
