The facts were stated in post #1081. You spend so much time defending your 'Jersey devil' who put together the S-3 deal that I don't think I'm included in your 'happy little family', nor do I wish to be. IMO your personal enmity toward management is so blatant that it belies any credibility you might have had. Attorneys are entitled to the honorific 'the honorable'. I doubt that you are an attorney nor its' honorific.

Of course it requires professional money managers and high net worth individuals, and they're named in the August S-3 in FreeEdgar. As for the shorting it's perfectly legal as long as it's not naked which is the reason for the R-4. Conspiracy, if any, will be proven by the SEC investigation, if any. The S-3 members have been shorting because they could and it was in their best financial interest but they realize that there is a threshold. It's a risk they took. As long as they have a Shero and a 'Jersey Devil' running interference for them why not take a shot. Especially if there is a conspiracy.
