If Riley has been reinstated, he's changed his mind about the conditions he laid out for Jill as actions on her part she would have to do before he'd agree to the terms of use.

Basically he insisted that everyone who ever disagreed with him be banned or suspended before he'd accept the Terms of Use. He gave her a list of names of people he wanted suspended. My name is on that list, as is yours.

To date, I have neither been suspended nor warned (ever), so if he's reinstated, he must've changed his mind. If so, I'm sure it's for "the greater good" or something like that.

Personally, I've always been a bit surprised at those who can't seem to disagree within the confines of the ToU. They're really a very small set of rules (only 4) and most of us abide by those rules in all of our professional dealings anyway...
