Allen: Doug and I, as well as one other I'm aware who visits here, are holding Red Chips. I would never endeavor to convey their sentiment, but my feeling at the moment is one of extreme alert. I am not hearing what I wish to hear from Beijing. Though the Central Committee has become a little more detailed about their intentions, I can detect nothing innovative and impactful. Innovative and impactful, that's what I'm looking for. If you can point to anything more specific that you would like to know, I'm certain someone on this topic will be happy to help. Tom
