A suggestion: If you only use canned indicators that you know exactly how it is computed (or better yet, only use custom indicators, even if that means re-creating a canned indicator), you'll have a much better idea of whether what you're seeing is correct. Sure, some are too complex to know from sight whether they are correct, but the majority are simple enough. This also lets you "tweek" things within the equation that you couldn't get at with the canned indicator, and also lets you see that some of the canned indicators aren't implemented the way the author of the indicator defined it. dh
