Richard, I have a lot of respect for O'neil. I have read his book
"Making money in stocks" many time over. I have been a regular
subscriber of IBD for almost three years now. I have read three other
books on how to use IBD and its data. I did technically provide all
the info that TA would provide and did mention more then once that
THQ is very strong and it could easely bypass the H & S pattern because strong stocks do that and even if they get cought in a H & S
they will only go down very little and come back strong. I beleive
that will be the case with THQ. I should have pointed out in my memo
that I was covering a worst case senario for education more then that
I beleive this was going to happen to THQ. IBD clearly say that strong stocks like THQ will come back from a correction really fast.
If the stock goes down a little bit then it is a correction and many
people on this thread including myself bought THQ on dips before and
it came back right up in only two or three days. Every one should
know that.
