McCain’s associate David Kramer wasn’t briefed on the dossier until after the election, in late November 2016. Kramer then returned to the US and gave a copy to McCain, who then gave it to the FBI. Again, all well after the election.

Giving the dossier to the FBI is what ANY PATRIOTIC American would do. Only a unAmerican traitor would try to hide the accusations. Donald Trump and his cult are an unpatriotic, unAmerican liars. Furthermore, the Steele Dossier was NOT why the Russia probe began. The Russia probe began because George Papadopoulos was bragging to an Australian diplomat that the Russians had dirt on Hillary Clinton.
