So no evidence for your assertions about Reagan's and Carter's and Clinton's approval ratings vis a vis Trump. Perhaps each had some point in their terms in which they were lower than Trump's at the his best. But overall, Trump is clearly consistently the lowest. Unless you have some evidence otherwise.
