Hi Sonny: Thanks for the resp. Msg recd. That's always the problem. When you want to buy something good or a real bargain, you usually cannot afford it for some reason or it's plain too hard or questionable to buy. If it was that easy we'd all be rich. Kinda how the mkt works. Makes you wonder how DJT can buy a multi-story landmark building on Wall St, yes WALL ST., in the 90's for a million bucks that's now worth 10's of millions! On other ideas, now I've learned how to import links, there'll be no stopping me!(gg) Glad you found med links useful. Have a good week all rgds Wiz
