Hey Frank...Thanks for the link...Gotta tell you though, I'm having a helluva time with these D-plays...

Just went through all of WSP's Inisider reports for the last year...That Lucas guy sure has been unloading his paper big time...He got 850K in options at the beginning of August and has been blowing them off ever since...From 2 July 97 to 15 Sept 97 he was stricktly on the sell side and never bought one share...His latest Insider reports show him doing the same thing all over again...I don't know bud, if he don't have any faith in his company and is a continuous seller, why the hell should I buy into it...Just so they can issue more options so he can sell 'em to me..Don't know the guy and I don't want to give him me money until he starts parking some of his own into his company...

KLA-you got Applegath doing the same thing...Only this guy buy's it up at the first half of the month and then turns around and whacks it out during the second half...Looks like it don't matter if he's making money or not...Did that for 3 out of the last four months of last year...He has 726 trades on file for the last year...Stockwatch says it's to many transactions to load...Computer may blow a gasket...At least this guy has a pattern you can follow...

Just a little Due Dilly and my own opinion so far...
