Solaris Copper Closes Cdn$3.9 Million PP Mar 19, '19 - NR Solaris Copper is pleased to announce it has closed a Cdn$3.9 million non-brokered private placement financing (the “Private Placement”). Pursuant to the Private Placement, Solaris issued 15,736,000 common shares of the Company at a price of Cdn$0.25 per common shares for gross proceeds to the Company of Cdn$3,934,000. No fees or commissions were paid in connection with the Private Placement. The common shares issued pursuant to the Financing are subject to a four-month hold expiring on July 19, 2019. Solaris intends to use the net proceeds of the Private Placement to advance exploration permitting at its mineral claims and for general and working capital purposes.
