Looks like Virgin's nose was broken off and later replaced. Could be 100% wrong saying it's a very un-Leonardo nose. Worth comparing it to both versions of his Virgin of the Rocks or his other renderings of The Virgin Mary. Rest of facial features? Maybe. No Da Vinci expert, so....

My opinion and a few bucks will still buy you a cup o' coffee..))

His Virgin with St. Anne looks like it could be the same model who sat for the painting AWA the sculpture before the nose was restored by a later hand. (Lousy restorations have degraded, even ruined, more authentic & great art than almost any other cause. You can see them at every Old Master auction.)
