THERE is not the slightest evidence to suggest this has anything to do with climate change as you mean it. This is really, really unscientific of you. You cannot tie a flood, or even a lot of floods, to climate change. Perhaps it is caused by changes in climate, but you cannot establish that they are the specific changes that CO2 levels or greenhouse changes might cause. At most this is pure speculation at this point.

It is really a horribly weak argument.
