You cannot tie a flood, or even a lot of floods, to climate change. Flooding and river ice jams are "local weather". The United States is not under water. (however a lot of it is under snow yet), nor is the entire river shed in the US flooding. Ratboy appears to be more than a little mixed up, prolly because he just found out that Mueller and fakeMSBC has been lying to him for 2 full years. Trump really won with real votes of real people.
