Why not just put the Zoo on ignore?

The value of the Zoos petroleum is in decline due to the higher lifting and transport costs, as well as the diminished yield from refining and the negative associative effects of pollution. Chinese and Russian lien holders for future production increase zoos costs, in a period of diminished capacity.

Russia and China have each substantial claims against near term production at the same time that the Zoos ability to produce is declining for reasons of mismanagement.

Let the zoos production flow to the Lien holders.

China sees the importation of discounted zoo production as a staple, and thus is building over a thousand new teapot refineries, to process the zoos gunk petroleum.

China isn't holistic, and therein lies its rub, as the ramifications of unregulated refiners will place further pressure on its air quality standards.

Russia is not likely wanting to add processing capacity for zoo crude, at least not in the numbers that China sees as necessary.

Russia and China are not prepared to assume the costs of upgrading the zoos inefficiencies in production or distribution.

The zoo can logically be placed on the back bench for now. Its obvious that world markets have already shifted awareness away, from the zoo as integral contributor.

As the zoos production falls, one should have noted, it has had no effect on world supply prices (accept to the handful of refiners whose business models saw the zoos gunk as an advantage)
