I wonder how many "less sophisticated" investors are selling INTC and buying UTEK (only up to 4% of course!). What exactly did he say two weeks ago as to why he was suddenly going long on INTC anyway? Perhaps that will clear up the confusion. For the record, Bob's show is great, even with all the commercials and "same old, same old" good advice!
