In the systems that I use (ColorGraphics adapters), my video driver just pulls a
standard programming manuever ... it lies to Windows and tells Windows that it is a
2048x768 video card. So Windows just thinks it's a big wide display and writes to
the whole video RAM space. The card's hardware splits this into two video outputs
on the card.


Can it be configured so that I can either stack the monitors one on top of the other or side-by-side?
