Hello Bonnie:

Yes Bonnie, TSGTF is the only importer of Chinese beer here to the United States and one of the larget in its country. Anhauser Bush owns 10 percent of TSGTF and now a joint venture with Asahi Beer in Japan has taken place. It is already understood that the Chinese government wish to conso the beer companies in China to just 3. I guess you can say only the strong will survive. There are way too many "Mom and Pops" breweries there and the government sees a need to eliminate some of those "little ones." This will also give the government more control over the beer industry. One of TSGTF main problems.....distro. The roads there are not as nice as ours and that places a damper of possible revenues.

I've had a couple of associates go there to look things over and they came back with an awesome report. Read some of my earlier post for the details. Truthfully, the company shouldn't be selling as low as it is. I guess you can say for those who like the "bottom floor entry", this is about as good as it gets.

I guess that about sums it up. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to drop a line.

Good Day
Shannon
