I certainly would agree there are moral wrongs that form an appropriate higher standard than the law for personal behavior.

But rather than discussing, once again, the theoretical underpinnings of your claim, could you provide a couple of examples of what you have in mind? That is, something that might lead to an impeachment by Congress which would NOT constitute a criminal act?

There are the bones pitched to SDNY. I think it is likely that Mueller did that to get SDNY the out of his investigation. I have stated that a longitudinal investigation of financial matters can always turn up some silly crap, and the bigger the business, the bigger the limits of materiality. And frankly, the more difficult it is to show intent.

This is minutia.
