I never said we could never achieve 4% growth. What I have said, and seen no sign that things are different, is that we cannot sustain that growth for any length of time. Maybe a quarter. Possibly 2. Under Obama we hit that number several times. Despite you screaming about how bad the economy was. I haven't checked recently, but as of a few months ago, we had several periods under Obama where the economy was better than anything under Trump.

And you lie about the "we're over 3 and headed to 4". Q1 of 2019 was 2.6 percent. And slowing.
