That is not binary. There are also criminal acts that aren't indictable so you have three categories of offenses that might be used for impeachment or voters' decisions or history books.

Re investigations, I think I saw the number 17 recently .

I'm simply expecting all of that to go on and on. There's just so much fodder. I liked Comey's op-ed about not rooting for an outcome. As I have said before, I just want everything visible. I want to see the system working.
